Banana & Vanilla Morning Bowl

We’re no strangers to breakfast, and I love to switch it up every day between oatmeal, steel cut oats, cream of wheat, pancakes, protein shakes, eggs/toast, and my favorite: yogurt bowls!

This quick bowl is one of my favorites:

• 1 c. Plain Greek Yogurt

• 1 tsp. Vanilla extract

• 1/3 c. Granola

• 2 tbsp. Sliced almonds

• 1/2 sliced banana

• 2 tsp. Maple syrup drizzle

  1. Spoon in the yogurt and add vanilla extract. Mix until combined.

  2. Top with granola and almonds, sliced banana, and drizzle with syrup.

  3. It’s that simple! And yummy!

TIP: add ANY other fruits, nuts or seeds. This is obviously versatile.
