Cooking with Northcast Dry Rub Seasoning

There are so many delicious ways to season your meals. Pre-mixed seasoning or an experimental hodge-podge of “whatever smells good” are a couple options.

If you are neat enough to have some Northcast Dry Rub w/ Sumac in your cupboards, here are a few ways that we devour this stuff faster than we can make it!

1. Grilled Meats - This can be red meat like steaks, pork chops, roasts or brisket. Whatever you’re throwing on the grill or smoker, give it a generous coating of Northcast seasoning for the perfect blend of salt, pepper, sumac and smokey pimenton flavor.

2. Fish - Whether you’re blackening saltwater fish or freshwater fish on the grill, or you’re baking some salmon, the Northcast Dry Rub is a wonderful coating. Make sure you use enough to really enhance that flavor!

3. Chicken Wings - If dry rub wings is your thing, then this seasoning is perfect!

4. Seasoned Dipping Sauce - Mix a teaspoon (or more to taste) of our dry rub seasoning with a cup of plain greek yogurt or sour cream for a delectable dipping sauce. Great with meats and veggies.

5. Popcorn Seasoning - That’s right. Not only is this the perfect dinner companion, it’s also incredible for seasoning your popcorn. Try this out for an appetizer or your next Netflix binge session!
